The San Sebastián district in Cusco is situated just 18 minutes from downtown Cusco (by bus). Around the “Paradero Callejón” bus stop on Av. de la Cultura, you will find plenty of hostels and inexpensive lodgings. To get there, simply hop on any local bus running along Av. de la Cultura; the one-way fare is just 0.80 Peruvian cents (soles).
